Registration for Classes Beginning in March is Coming Soon!
Pottery Wheel Beginning to Intermediate
Learn or renew the fundamentals of the pottery wheel, wedging, centering, shaping, trimming, the basics of glazing and more. Each student will receive instruction according to their experience and interests.
Class limited to 6 people to insure quality of instruction.
Students have access to Open Studio Hours to practice their skills.
Note: This class and a referral from your instructor are pre-requisite for students interested in Membership.
Details
Order Clay HERE and it will be labeled and waiting for you on the 1st day of class. New-to-pottery students should start with the white clay, then move onto other types as they progress.
What to bring: Comfortable clothing that can get muddy, a hair tie for long hair, and a water bottle. During the winter months, please bring inside shoes to change into (crocs or tennis shoes are great) to leave in the studio.
What not to bring: Food, clay or glaze. Shorter nails and no jewelry will make things easier too.
